La película sigue a dos hermanas filipinas asentadas en Atenas, y en especial a una de ellas: Emy, que tiene el don de la sanación. Cuando entra a trabajar en casa de la señora rica que empleaba a su madre, se ve en el dilema de usar sus poderes para el bien o el mal. Pues Emy no es ajena, desde su adolescencia, a cómo la ven los demás: su condición extraordinaria la hace aparecer como una bruja ante las otras mujeres filipinas, y como alguien a quien explotar de cara a los griegos para los que trabaja.

Tijuana’s la Linea is the most crossed border in the world, and also one of the deadliest. Thousands have died trying to cross it illegally in search of a better life. However, Carlos, Miguel’s inventive coworker, has found another way of crossing over. Carlos invites Miguel to the DAY-OF-THE-DEAD Drag Show where he performs.
