Thankfully, a slew of drag royalty, including Jackie Beat, Jujubee, Lady Bunny, Landon Cider, Manila Luzon, Mario Diaz, Mo Heart, and Selene Luna, pop in to help them out. ハロウィンの夜、白いマスクをかぶった少年マイケル・マイヤーズ（ダエグ・フェアーク）は、姉のほか3人を惨殺。精神病院でルーミス医師（マルコム・マクダウェル）の治療を受けることになる。しかし、17年後のハロウィンの日、病院を脱出したマイケルは再び白いマスクを手に取り、恐怖の殺人鬼と化す。
高校生ケイシーとその恋人がマスクをかぶった者によって惨殺されるという事件が起こる。やがて犯人は、ケイシーのクラスメイトで、1年前に母親を殺されていたシドニーに迫る。町には外出禁止令が敷かれ、学生たちは大はしゃぎするが、そんな中を殺人鬼が徘徊。はたしてその正体は？
