海の底に広がる大都会「リーフシティ」。そこに住むオスカーは大金持ちになりリーフシティのトップになるのが夢。ある日オスカーは、借金返済のための金を待ち合わせ場所の競馬場で誘惑に負けて賭けてしまった。運の悪いことに賭けに負けて、アーニー&バーニーによって深海にさらわれてしまった。ちょうど近くにきていたレニーとフランキーがオスカーを狙うが、運悪くフランキーがイカリに潰されて死んでしまう。アーニー&バーニーはオスカーがフランキーを殺したとカン違い。それをいい事に、オスカーは一躍大金持ちのヒーローになってしまう。
On the isle of Rhodes, Katherine, an expatriate English photographer, lives with her daughter. A young local wants to encourage tourism, so he commissions a sculpture of the Unknown Tourist for the town square; the sculptor he brings to Rhodes is Kate's ex-husband. Also there to see Kate is Sharp, an aging antiquarian and her dear friend. He has something important to tell her. As Kate, her ex, and Sharp sort out things that go back years, two English tourists bumble about, one thinking he's fallen in love with Kate, his wife thinking she's found her own lover. A rare vase, a spy, old friendships, the statue's unveiling, and off-hand English sorting-out play into the resolution.

ライオンのアレックス、シマウマのマーティ、カバのグロリア、キリンのメルマンの４頭とその仲間たちがマダガスカル島に漂着してから数年後。ようやく飛行機でニューヨークへ帰る手筈が整うが、離陸して間もなく燃料切れで不時着してしまう。そこは、彼らの生まれ故郷、アフリカ大陸だった。様々な動物と交流を育むアレックスたち。だがそんな中、水が枯渇する事態に見舞われる。アレックスたちはその原因究明に奔走する。
ニューヨークのセントラルパーク動物園。ライオンのアレックス、シマウマのマーティ、キリンのメルマン、カバのグロリアは大の仲良し。彼らは安全で快適な動物園の贅沢な暮らしをすっかり満喫していた。しかしある日、外の世界に憧れたマーティがテロリストのペンギンたちと一緒に動物園を脱走、マーティを連れ戻そうと後を追ったアレックスたちともども捕らえられ、ひょんなことから四頭はケニア行きの船に乗せられてしまう。さらに思わぬハプニングで海に投げ出された彼らは、やがてマダガスカル島に漂着。そこで現地の動物たちに迎えられ、生まれて初めて野生の生活に触れた四頭は、次第にそれぞれ本来の習性に目覚めていくのだった。
チキン・リトルは内気でさえない男の子。空から奇妙なかけらが落ちてくるのを目撃するが、町の人々は彼をウソつき少年としてトラブルメーカー扱い。尊敬する父にも信じてもらえなかったことで、ますます自信を失うリトル。そんな時、彼は再び“空のかけら”を発見。変わり者の仲間たちとかけらの正体を追うリトルは、なんと大きな宇宙船に遭遇。かけらは宇宙船のパネルの一部で、やがて宇宙船団が出現し、町は大騒動に陥る。
旅の末、フィオナの呪いを解き、無事に結婚したシュレックとフィオナ。幸せな日々を送っていたが、ある日フィオナの両親から、結婚の祝いを行うので来る様にとの手紙が届く。嫌われるに決まっていると最初は渋っていたシュレックだが、同じく結婚したドラゴンと近頃気まずいというドンキーと共に仕方なくフィオナの故郷「遙か彼方の王国」に旅立ち、到着するもシュレックの予想通り、シュレックや怪物姿のフィオナを見た両親はびっくりし、怪物という偏見と考えが合わないことでシュレックと国王は喧嘩をしてしまう。
小さな田舎町で、皿洗いロボットの一家に生まれた男の子ロドニー。中古部品で作られていた彼はある日、偉大な発明家ビッグウェルド博士の“外見が何で作られていても、誰もが輝くことができる”という言葉に勇気と希望を抱く。やがて発明好きな青年へと成長したロドニーは、自分の発明品を手に、ビッグウェルド博士に会うため大都会“ロボット・シティ”へと向かった。しかし博士が社長を務める会社で門前払いにされたロドニーは、博士の姿がどこにも見当たらないことに疑問を抱く。その一方で、彼は街で知り合った愉快な中古ロボットの集団“ラスティーズ”の面々と仲良くなっていった。そんな中、彼は中古ロボットを一掃しようとする野心家の新型ロボット、ラチェットが恐ろしい計画を進めていることを知る。
約２万年前の地球。温暖化の波が押し寄せ、氷河期（アイス・エイジ）は終わろうとしていた。マニー、シド、ディエゴをはじめ谷の動物たちはこのポカポカ陽気を満喫している。しかしある日、マニーたちは仲間から“このままだと５日後には大洪水が起こる”という不吉な情報を得る。そして実際に、水をせき止めて谷を守っていた氷壁が割れ始め、谷の動物たちは急いで水の少ない谷の反対側へと大移動を開始。だが、彼らはその道中でさまざまな障害に遭遇してしまう。
三人の子供達と妻フィオナ、そしてたくさんの仲間達と共に平和に暮らすシュレック。しかし、あまりにも平凡で同じことの繰り返す生活に飽きていた。子供達の誕生日に我慢の限界になり、めちゃくちゃにし、フィオナと喧嘩してしまう。かつての自由気ままな暮らしが恋しくなったシュレックは、偶然、魔法使いランプルスティルスキンと出会い、彼と「1日だけ元の生活に戻る」という契約を交わし、怪物の生活を楽しむが実はランプルスティルスキンはペテン師で、シュレックは彼との契約によって自分が生まれていないパラレルワールドの「遠い遠い国」に飛ばされてしまう。
ネズミのロディは、ロンドンのお金持ちの家で暮らしているペット。ある日、地下で暮らしているシドがロディの家に侵入し、ロディは追い出そうとしたが、逆に地下に流されてしまう。ロディが辿り着いた場所はネズミだけが暮らす「マウス・タウン」だった。
嵐で遭難した英国人夫婦はアフリカの未開地に漂着するが、人食いヒョウの襲撃を受け、赤ん坊を残して殺されてしまう。メスゴリラのカーラに助けられた赤ん坊は、ターザンと名付けられ、ゴリラの群れの一員となった。ターザンは、仲間と姿形の違う自分の出自に悩みながらも、たくましい青年に成長していく。ある日、ターザンはジャングルにやって来たポーター教授の探検隊を目撃するが、やがて教授の娘ジェーンと親しくなっていく。
英国のとある養鶏場。強欲な女主人ミセス・トゥイーディーの支配下、ここのメンドリたちは囚人のような毎日を送っていた。仕事といえば卵を産むことだけで、産めなくなったら食用チキンにされる運命。そんな人生に疑問を感じたジンジャーは、真のニワトリ人生を求め、今日も脱走計画を練っていた。そんなある日、空からオンドリが降ってきて養鶏場に墜落。それを見たジンジャーは「空を飛ぶ練習をすればいいんだ！」と閃く。
舞台は古代の中国。安住の地で知られる平和の谷が凶悪なカンフー使い、タイ・ランに狙われてしまう。しかし彼に対抗できるのはウーグウェイ導師が選んだ伝説の「龍の戦士」だけだ。
そこでマスター・モンキーやマスター・カマキリといったカンフーの達人たちが選抜大会で腕を競うが、ウーグウェイ導師が選んだのは何とぐうたらで小心者のパンダ、ポー。カンフーへの熱意だけは人一倍のポーは達人の師匠・シーフー老師に弟子入りする。
働きアリのジーは体力がないのにトンネル工事につかされており、自分の望む道は他にあると夢想していた。ある日、コロニーの王女バーラと偶然バーで出会ったジーは彼女に一目ぼれ。彼女に会いたい一心で、ジーは親友の兵士アリ、ウィーバーと入れ替わり閲兵式に出席する。ところがその場でジーは精鋭部隊の兵士として選ばれ、凶暴な白アリ軍との戦いに駆り出されてしまう。
うら若き女性であるスーザン・マーフィーは自らの結婚式当日、突如空から降って来た隕石と接触したことで、身長15m21cm（50フィート）に巨大化してしまう。軍隊に捕らえられ政府の秘密基地に収容されたスーザンは「ジャイノミカ」と名付けられ、基地内にて個性的なモンスター達と暮らす事になる。ある日、巨大なロボット・エイリアンが地球に襲来。迫り来る人類の危機を回避するため、モンガー将軍はモンスター達の出動を大統領に提案する。
まもなく我が子が誕生するマンモスのマニーは、パパになる準備に夢中。一方、サーベルタイガーのディエゴは平和ボケしてしまった自分を見つめ直すため、一人旅を決意。そんな彼らに取り残され、寂しさを感じていたナマケモノのシドはある時、氷に開いた穴に落ちてしまう。すると、そこで３つの卵を発見。家族が欲しいシドは、それらを持ち帰り育てることにするが、生まれてきたのは、なんとティラノサウルスの子どもだった。
クマのブーグは、パークレンジャーのベスに育てられている甘えん坊のペット。彼はある日、ハンターのショーに捕らえられたお調子者のシカ、エリオットに出会う。そして、エリオットに必死に頼み込まれたブーグは、彼を助けてあげることに。しかし、しつこく付きまとってくるエリオットと行動を共にするうち、あちこちで問題を引き起こしてしまったブーグは、エリオットと一緒に森に放り出されてしまうハメに。慣れない自然界を抜け出して町へ戻ろうとするブーグとエリオットだが、執拗に追ってきたショーから逃げるのに四苦八苦の毎日。やがて“オープン・シーズン（狩猟解禁日）”が到来、ブーグは他の動物たちと共に、またしても銃を手に姿を現わしたショーに立ち向かうことになる。
TVドラマで、飼い主の少女ペニーを守るスーパードッグ役を演じるスター犬・ボルト。撮影所の外を知らない彼はドラマを現実と思い込んでいた。ある日、ボルトはドラマの中でさらわれたペニーを救おうと、撮影所を飛び出しニューヨークへ行ってしまう。初めて見る外の世界で、野良猫ミトンズやハムスターのライノと出会い、自分がただの犬だと知るボルト。ショックに打ちのめされた彼は、自力でハリウッドに帰ることになる。
