「30デイズ・ナイト」でも知られるグラフィックノベル作家、スティーブ・ナイルズの原作を映画化したゾンビアクション。 世界有数のカジノ・シティ、米ネバダ州リノのカジノでディーラーとして働くトムは、仕事をさぼってウェイトレスのトーリーと倉庫で情事にふけっていた。しかし倉庫を出ると店内は荒れ果て、ゾンビと化した人々が町全体にあふれる地獄絵図が広がっていた。助けを求めて屋上へ上がったトムだったが、そこへトランシーバーに救助を求める無線が入る。
