突如、ワシントンに飛来した円盤。降り立った異星人クラトゥは地球人の未来を懸念し、人類に核兵器の放棄を要求する。そして要求が受け入れられない場合、地球上の全エネルギーを停止させると宣言した……。

ある日、ラコーム率いる調査団がメキシコの砂漠で第二次大戦時の戦闘機を発見する。それは、消失当時と変わらぬ姿で残っていた。一方アメリカのインディアナ州では、町一帯の停電を調べていた電気技師ロイがUFOのような光を発見。以来、彼はこの不思議な光にすっかり魅了され、その正体を探っていく。やがて、光が行き着く先はワイオミング州のデビルズ・タワーという山だと判明するのだが…。

Xファイル課の閉鎖後、現場任務にまわされたFBI捜査官のモルダーとスカリーは、ビル爆破事件の責任を問われ、左遷の危機にさらされる。スカリーが辞職の決意を固めたと知って、やけ酒をあおるモルダー。そんな彼に、父の友人と名乗る医師が接近。爆破されたビルに、謎の死を遂げた少年と救助隊員の死体があったことを告げる。これをきっかけに事件の調査を始めたモルダーは、おそるべきエイリアン・ウィルスと、その背後にある秘密機関の正体に近づいていく。

ある夜、プリンストン大学で教諭をする地球外生物学者、ヘレン・ベンソン博士の自宅にアメリカ政府のエージェントが突然やってきた。強制的にある非常事態への協力を求められたヘレンは1年前に他界した夫の連れ子であるジェイコブを隣人に預け、あわただしく公用車に乗り込む。すでに政府は軍を総動員出動させ警戒態勢を敷き、町は異様なまでに静まり返っていた。政府がヘレンのほかに核物理学・天文学・地質学などの権威を招集したのは、木星の外側で観測された謎の物体への対策を講じるためだった。小惑星と思われるその物体は想定外の進路を信じがたい速度で移動し、マンハッタンへと迫っているのだった。

妻を病気で亡くしたティーは工事現場で働きながら一人息子のディッキーを一流私立小学校に通わせている。ディッキーの欲しがる運動靴を拾いに行ったゴミ捨て場で、ティーは緑色のボールを見つける。ティーが持ち帰ったボールから生まれた生物（かどうか不明な物体）をディッキーはミラクル7号と呼んで飼い始める。

原潜USSモンタナは深海で何かに当たって座礁し、連絡が途絶える。海軍大尉コフィは捜索のため、海底油田基地ディープコアに、同基地の設計者であるリンジーとともに乗り込む。基地ではリンジーの夫バッドも働いていたが、夫妻の仲は冷え切っていた。見つかった原潜に生存者はいないが、リンジーはそこで奇妙な生命体を目撃。やがて嵐のせいで海上の基地とディープコアを結ぶケーブルが切れ、同基地の面々の生命に危機が迫る。

Austin, Texas, is an Eden for the young and unambitious, from the enthusiastically eccentric to the dangerously apathetic. American soldiers, led by The Sarge, are stuck behind Nazi enemy lines. As they make their way across the Italian countryside, they come across an alien spaceship that has crash-landed in the woods. The alien pilot is dead, but one of the ship's passengers is on the loose. As the GIs hunt down the alien by splitting into smaller groups, they're not only tracked by the Nazis, but also a whole host of other aliens come to save their stranded party.

Two reporters working for the same magazine are sent to Texas to investigate a string of UFO sightings. As they investigate two distinct theories begin to develop. Both reporters are driven to prove their own theory, but in the end only one can be right.

Colonel Pete Moore (Glenn Ford) is commander of the Whitney Radar Test Group, which has been experiencing electrical difficulties aboard its aircraft. To ferret out the problem, he sends a four-man crew on Flight 412. Shortly into the test, the jet picks up three blips on radar, and subsequently, two fighters scramble and mysteriously disappear. At this point, Flight 412 is monitored and forced to land by Digger Control, a top-level, military intelligence group that debunks UFO information. The intrepid colonel, kept in the dark about his crew, decides to investigate the matter himself.

The story begins on a small spaceship docking with a refueling station. On board are a group of four aliens, Bernard, Sandra, Desmond, and Julian. During a particularly tedious period of their stay at the station, the other three begin playing with the ship’s controls while Bernard is outside playing spaceball. They accidentally disconnect his part of the ship, leaving him stranded while they crash into a large blue planet close by...

A small town is the subject of some experiment with aliens where they were allowed to test some earth folks with some kind of disease, but of course it spread with disastrous results. And now, three oddballs have been dumped into the middle of this town as test subjects or something, and the race for survival is on. John West is a strongman, with a cowboy hat and leopard skin tights, Bill is a medical student, and Max is a mathematical genius, and it's them against the zombies.
