天才科学者で富豪のエイドリアン(オリヴァー・ジャクソン=コーエン)の恋人セシリア(エリザベス・モス)は、彼に支配される毎日を送っていた。ある日、一緒に暮らす豪邸から逃げ出し、幼なじみのジェームズ(オルディス・ホッジ)の家に身を隠す。やがてエイドリアンの兄で財産を管理するトム(マイケル・ドーマン)から、彼がセシリアの逃亡にショックを受けて自殺したと告げられるが、彼女はそれを信じられなかった。

ロンドン市内で警官ばかりを狙う連続殺人事件が発生。正義感が強いあまり、犯罪者に対し手荒な制裁も辞さない熱血刑事ブラント（ジェイソン・ステイサム）を追う新聞記者はある情報を入手するが、その情報提供者ワイス（アイダン・ギレン）こそが殺人鬼、通称ブリッツであることを知る。ブラントの師や同僚たちを次々と手に掛けたワイスの最終的な標的は、ブラントだった……。

The apparently comatose Michael Myers is being transferred from one hospital to another, but he wakes up when the ambulance crew talk about his surviving niece, Jamie.
