Liam wakes from a car crash with no memory of who he is. As he makes his way into town to look for help, he finds only dead bodies, all with strange pale eyes. The film opens with a ‘Manthravadi’ (Thilakan) an evil magician (Pithamagan Mahadevan) to obey to his commands and make spiriting away a friendly ghost money through crime. Meanwhile a group of kids and their benefactors are held hostage in a circus camp by the baddies, who has taken over the show. Ancy (Kaavyamadavan) is coming back from London, to take charge of the circus company founded by her father Philipose (Janardhanan),who was found murdered. On reaching there, she is told that her father was stabbed to death by a bike-jumper named Jimmy (Mammootty). In fact Jimmy, his foster father Krishnan (Innocent), aide Sisupalan (Suraj Venjarammood) and a gang of street children were all invited by Philipose to join his circus group. Meanwhile the ghost (Mammootty, in his other role) appears, becomes friendly with the kids and takes a more stylish shape of Jimmy. Thanks to the ghost, Ancy realizes that Jimmy was innocent in the whole issue. Now the battle between the good and evil.

The movie has Jayaram as Jayashankar, from a silent hamlet of Krishnapuram. Soon he is conned and loses everything after pledging his house to a ‘blade’ moneylender (Salim Kumar).

Unnikuttan is a young man, who was born in the central jail. He considers jail as his second home. As a good Samaritan he takes on the punishments for petty crimes committed by others.

Devar Madom Narayanan (Mammootty) is accused of killing his father and for being cruel to his mother. At the age of 13, he serves a sentence at the juvenile home. On returning, he becomes a leader in Perumalpuram village and expels all the wrongdoers. He thus makes many enemies.

Vava, son of Kurishuveettil Mariamma, a lawyer popularly known as Vakeelamma. Following this objection Vava decides to get baptized, but Vakeelamma says that he must first seek his father's permission. Vava goes to see his father who is now a renowned singer. He is welcomed by his father's manager Sivankutty, Sivankutty's sister Gayathri and others. But there is someone who wants to see Vava dead. Sivan Kutty kills Namboothiri. Vava kills Sivan for revenge. So for the rituals Vava becomes Brahman. He gets arrested and his mother starts backing up into the fire and dies. Soon after his prison sentence, the warring faction set their difference aside and invite Vava to head the church festivities

Kannan (Dileep) is the son of a fashion weaver Ayyapanashan (Babu Namboothiri). His father has sent him for fashion designing,but Kannan wants to make more money easier. His friends are Yesudas a.k.a Yesu (Lal),a goonda and Vasu (Kalabhavan Shajon).
