シノプシス
全米で突如始まった同時多発テロ。その裏にはアメリカ全土を侵略し、地獄に陥れようとする計画インベイジョンU.S.A.を企む暗黒集団がいた。各地で昼夜起こるゲリラ活動に警察は手を焼き、アメリカ市民は脅威にさらされていた。陰で操っている天才テロリストのロストフは、計画の邪魔となるある人物を抹殺しようとしていた...その人物とは、元アメリカ秘密謀報員でロトノフの計画を何度となく阻止してきた男、マット・ハンターだった!
香港の格闘家ビリー・ローは、武道仲間のチンを訪ねて日本へ。だが、香港に帰国した直後、チンが何者かに殺されたという知らせを受け、ビリーは葬儀に出席するため再び訪日する。謎のヘリがチンのひつぎを持ち去ろうとした時、そのヘリに飛びついたビリーだが、振り落とされてしまい墜落死する。兄ビリーのように武道の修練に励んでいたその弟ボビーは兄の復讐を誓うが、チンの死の謎を追ううち、ある麻薬密造組織に接近していく。
