休暇を楽しむため豪華客船に乗り込んだアルビンたちシマリス3兄弟と良きライバルの3姉妹、そして親代わりのデイブ。優雅なクルーズ旅行のはずが、はしゃぎすぎたアルビンたちが大騒動を巻き起こし、デイブはカンカン。あげく6匹はカイトで飛ばされ、無人島に漂着してしまう。助けが来るまでサバイバルすることになった6匹だが、アルビンはこれまでのいたずらざんまいを思い出して、デイブが助けに来てくれるか不安になる。
