元ペットの熊・ブーグと野生育ちの鹿・エリオットは大の仲良し。エリオットの結婚式が近づく中、森で暮らしていたダックスフンドのウィニーが飼い主に連れ戻されてしまう。エリオットとブーグはウィニーを探す旅に出る。
