As such, the collection does not include Lynch's later short work, which are listed in the filmography. The films are listed in chronological order, with brief descriptions of each film. It's 2006, YouTube is in its infancy, and internet porn is still behind a paywall. Set in the island Kinmen, often seen as the most dangerous military base because it’s geographically close to China, "Paradise in Service" follows the adventure of a boy who serves his military service in Unit 831 from 1969 to 1972, in preparation for a war that could erupt anytime. 2011年3月11日。岩手県釜石市は雪まだ残る初春の穏やかな午後のひとときを何事もなく送っていた。 午後2時46分31秒、東日本を中心に巨大地震が発生。その後、東北太平洋岸に最大40メートルの巨大津波が襲い、釜石市も壊滅的な打撃を受ける。 釜石市役所職員の平賀は上司に命じられ、部下の照井、及川と共に仮設の遺体安置所となった元小学校体育館の管理を任される。また、医師の下泉は検死、歯科医の正木は身元特定のため遺体安置所で働くことになる。 それぞれが慣れない作業に戸惑う中、消防団や警察、自衛隊により次々と犠牲者が搬送されてくる。震災の想像を絶する惨状と膨大な犠牲者の数に誰もが言葉を失い、余震、停電、物資不足といった過酷な状況に感情や感覚を麻痺させていく。行方不明となった家族を探す人々は泥まみれのブルーシートに発見されたままの姿で乱雑に並べられた犠牲者の扱いに憤りの声をあげる。 市の民生委員で葬儀社での勤務経験のある相葉はそんな遺体安置所を訪れ、ナンバーで呼ばれ無残に扱われる犠牲者に言葉を失う。すぐさま市長の山口に頼み、ボランティアとして安置所の運営を切り盛りし始める。 遺族に優しい言葉をかけ、遺体に語りかけ、心をこめ丁重に扱おうとする相葉の姿に最初は戸惑いと違和感を感じていた人々は少しずつ彼の言葉に耳を傾けるようになっていく。 「遺体は話しかけられると人としての尊厳を取り戻す」、「やるべし」 深い悲しみを抱えながら、過酷な現実に立ち向かう人々の姿をありのままに描いたヒューマンドラマ。

Zhi Hui (Huang Pin Yuan) is a hardworking blue collar worker that has to sweat under the sun everyday in order to support his family.
