元妻の葬儀を終え、娘を連れてL.A.駅に降り立った平凡な税理士ワトソンは、警官を名乗る男女に娘を人質にされ、時間内に女性州知事の暗殺を命じられる。彼は必死に暗殺を回避しようとするのだが、あらゆるところに監視の目が光っていた。時間だけが刻々と過ぎる中、孤立無援のワトソンは、知事の女性秘書の協力を得る。

He gets involved in this girl's family affairs, rescuing both her and her mother from prostitution and gangsters headed by a man called Bajo, and the new group of people return to the small village in time to celebrate Zivojin's wedding to his neighbor, despite the gangsters' best efforts to stop the celebration, which results in a double wedding.
