The main event will see Utami Hayashishita defend the World of Stardom Championship against Syuri who won the 2021 Grand Prix to become the rightful challenger. The latter defended the certificate three times before along with the SWA World Championship, first time against Saki Kashima at Stardom 10th Anniversary Grand Final Osaka Dream Cinderella on October 9, second time at Kawasaki Super Wars on November 3 against AZM, and against Konami at Tokyo Super Wars on November 27.

The plot follows professional wrestler Gia Adam and Teacher Gabrielle Brown as they slowly unite and face their biggest challenge to date.
