The little man and his crew take the classic formula of skate, fun and filth to new levels of demented chaos. Add in a priest with a penchant for porn, escaped convicts, cracked skating, nude mud wrestling, prolific quantities of poo and a mentally deranged human torpedo and you'll understand why there's no doubt that Wee Man and his crew are going straight to hell. To test its top-secret Human Hibernation Project, the Pentagon picks the most average Americans it can find - an Army private and a prostitute - and sends them to the year 2505 after a series of freak events. But when they arrive, they find a civilization so dumbed-down that they're the smartest people around.

エースは、動物にしか愛情を持てないペット探偵。スーパー・ボウルの開催がせまったある日、出場チームのマイアミ・ドルフィンズのマスコットであるイルカのスノーフレークが何者かに誘拐されてしまった。ドルフィンズの女性社員メリッサは、エースにスノーフレークの捜索を依頼する。エースが最初に犯人として目をつけたのは、大富豪ケンプ。ケンプの屋敷で開かれるパーティーで、やりたい放題好き勝手捜査したけれど、ケンプは犯人ではなかった。しかし、エースはこの時、犯人にたどりつくあるヒントを見つけていた。
移動サーカスのオートバイスタント芸人だった17歳のジョニー・ブレイズは、肺癌が全身に転移して死に瀕した父親を治すことを条件に、悪魔：メフィストと契約を結んだ。しかし父親は健康な体になった直後に事故死。悲嘆にくれるジョニーは、サーカスも恋人のロクサーヌも捨てて旅に出る。それから13年が過ぎ、不死身のバイクスタントとして名声を得ていたジョニーは、ケーブルテレビのレポーターとなったロクサーヌと再会する。
Baby Bink couldn't ask for more: he has adoring (if somewhat sickly-sweet) parents, lives in a huge mansion, and he's just about to appear in the social pages of the paper. Successfully kidnapping Baby Bink, they have a harder time keeping hold of the rascal, who not only keeps one step ahead of them, but seems to be more than a little bit smarter than the three bumbling criminals.

Jack Halsey takes his wife, their adult kids, and a friend for a dream vacation in Kenya. But as they venture off alone into a wilderness park, their safari van is flipped over by an angry rhino, leaving them injured and desperate. Then, as two of them go in search of rescue, a bloody, vicious encounter with a leopard and a clan of hyenas incites a desperate fight for survival.
Johnny Knoxville and his band of maniacs perform a variety of stunts and gross-out gags on the big screen for the first time. They wander around Japan in panda outfits, wreak havoc on a once civilized golf course, they even do stunts involving LIVE alligators, and so on.
Ko Chun, an extremely talented and well known gambler. On the eve of a big confrontation with a famous Singaporean gambler, Ko walks into a trap set by Knife, an avid but a so-so gambler, meant for an Indian servant. Struck on the head, Ko suffers from amnesia and regresses to a child-like state. Knife takes care of Ko and begins to exploit Ko's gambling talents.
The crew have now set off to finish what as left over from Jackass 2.0, and in this version they have Wee Man use a 'pee' gun on themselves, having a mini motor bike fracas in the grocery mall, a sperm test, a portly crew member disguised as King Kong, as well as include three episodes of their hilarious adventures in India.
The filmmaking team behind the hits "Scary Movie," "Date Movie," "Epic Movie" and "Meet The Spartans" this time puts its unique, inimitable stamp on one of the biggest and most bloated movie genres of all time -- the disaster film.
