Petty thief Gopi steals a chain, and in order to escape a police inspector, drops it in Veena's bag. Later, he tries to take it from her, but the chain is no longer there. He becomes a part of her plan to stop her boyfriend from marrying a rich tycoon’s daughter

Padmanabhan master and his wife are waiting for Unni, their only son who is missing for many years. 10 year old Unni got lost in the crowd during a temple festival where he was along with his neighbour Panikkar, popularly known as Poorappanikkar. Panikkar too did not return since he decided to return only after finding Unni. Ammu is Panikkar's daughter who also believes, like master and his wife, that her father will return one day with Unni. The master finds Unni and brings him back to the Village. The villagers realize that Unni is abnormal and is mentally challenged. He behaves like a small boy and creates all sorts of trouble for the villagers and his parents.

Unni due to financial problems becomes the renowned smuggler Valayar Paramasivam in the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border check post Walayar.

The film is about a young teacher who arrives at a village school, who tries to make a definite change in student attitude.

That is when they chance upon the idea of disguising her as a man. Kanmani fall in love with Premachandran but he doesn’t reciprocate—she couldn’t understand why

The story is centered on Lal Krishna Viradiar (Suresh Gopi), the enigmatic criminal lawyer with an even more enigmatic mission. Lal Krishna helps out hardened criminals to get away from the courts. But later he pursues and takes them out in a bizarre show of vigilante justice.

The film deals with a murder of a young woman on a train to Madras. Almost half of the film is shot inside the train.

The story revolves around Kunjan (Dileep), a village youth who is sympathized for his hunchback looks but is lauded for selfless service to others. He covers up his handicap with humor. Unmindful of his looks, Kunjan goes around seeking a suitable bride, with the help of his friend (Cochin Haneefa). Brushing aside many an insult hurled at him, he carries on. Thanks to his efforts, Chembagam regains her vision (the eyes of deceased Priya are transplanted to her). This results in a tussle between Kunjan and Karthik, as to whom Chembagam belongs to now.
