The film follows the story of a police officer in the gritty city of Lowell, Massachusetts who has radically changed his diet and inspired his community. フランスの片田舎。ネズミのレミーは天才的な嗅覚と味覚を持ち、いつの日かシェフになることを夢見ていた。もちろん、それが叶わぬ夢と知りつつ。人間のキッチンにとって、ネズミは最も嫌われる存在だからだ。しかしある日、古巣を追われた家族と逃亡の途中ではぐれてしまったレミーの前に、彼が最も尊敬する亡き天才シェフ、グストーのゴーストが現れる。グストーはレミーを、パリにある自分が経営していたレストランにまで導いた。
大西洋の小島の港町「スワロー・フォールズ」。イワシの缶詰で有名だが最近は売れなくなったため、島の住人が食べていた。フリントは発明家になることが夢だが発明品はことごとく失敗し周囲からは迷惑がられていた。ある日、水を食べ物に変えるマシン「FLDSMDFR」を開発した。稼働に大量の電力がいるので町の変電所で試したがマシンは空の彼方へ飛んでいき雲を吸い取り、大量のチーズバーガーを降らせたことで町の住人たちは大喜びした。その後、フリントは食べ物を降らせることで皆を大喜びさせ、町の人気者となっていくが、コントロールを乱していったマシンは巨大化した食べ物を生産し始めてしまう。
水を食べ物に変える「食べ物マシーン」を発明したものの、巨大ミートボールなどが空から落ちてくる異常気象を引き起こして町をパニック状態にしてしまった青年フリント。何とか町を救った彼だったが、思わぬ事態が新たに発生していたことを知る。何と壊したはずのマシーンが再び作動してしまい、マンゴーとフラミンゴが一緒になったフラマンゴーといった、食べ物と動物の融合生物フード・アニマルたちが生み出されていたのだった。
ロサンゼルスにある一流レストランで総料理長を務めているカール・キャスパー（ジョン・ファヴロー）は、メニューに口を出すオーナー（ダスティン・ホフマン）と対立し店を去る。次の仕事について考えなければならない中向かったマイアミで、絶品のキューバサンドイッチと出会う。別れた妻（ソフィア・ベルガラ）や息子（エムジェイ・アンソニー）、友人（ジョン・レグイザモ）、と協力し合い、フードトラックでのキューバサンドウィッチの移動販売を始めるカール。行く先々でサンドウィッチを作りながら、原点に戻り料理や生きる上での情熱を取り戻そうとする……。
スーパーマーケット「ショップウェル」で、ソーセージのフランクは恋人であるパンのブレンダと結ばれホットドッグになることを夢見るなど、食材たちは人間に買われることを望んでいた。ある日、ついに一緒にカートに入れられ喜ぶフランクとブレンダだったが、アクシデントが発生し店に取り残されてしまう。
ベン・キャッシュと6人の子供たちは、現代社会に触れることなくアメリカ北西部の森深くで暮らしていた。父仕込みの訓練と教育で子供たちの体力はアスリート並み。みな6ヶ国語を操り、18歳の長男は名立たる大学すべてに合格。しかしある日入院していた母・レスリーが亡くなり、一家は葬儀のため、そして母の最後のある“願い”をかなえるため旅に出る。葬儀の行われるニューメキシコまでは2400キロ。チョムスキーは知っていても、コーラもホットドッグも知らない世間知らずの彼らは果たして、母の願いを叶えることが出来るのか・・・？
ウォールストリートで働く金融マンのロックハートが役員に呼び出されて会議室に向かうと、社長のロバート・E・ペンブロークからの「会社には戻らない」と書かれた手紙を見せられ、実際に休暇から戻ってきていないことを知らされる。ロックハートの不正に気付いている役員たちは彼に圧力をかけ、スイスの療養所まで迎えに行くよう命じた。 ロックハートが療養所に到着すると既に面会時間を過ぎていたものの、責任者と交渉して夜には会えるように取り計らってもらう。ロックハートは一旦ホテルに向かうため療養所から離れるが、途中でタクシーが鹿に激突して大事故になってしまう。

In 2019 the fittest athletes on earth took on the unknown and unknowable during four intense days of competition at the CrossFit Games. "The Fittest " captures all the drama as chiseled athletes descend on Madison, Wisconsin, to face a series of trials. On top of the physical challenges, this year the sport grew from 40 men and women, to over 100 of each. But with this new format came cuts of the field, so for the final half of the weekend, only 10 men and 10 women move on to determine who is the fittest. The best among them enter the pantheon of CrossFit giants and earn the right to call themselves the "Fittest on Earth."
