Professor Cristaldi, a descendant of the magician, is warned about Dracula's plans and calls upon El Santo and Blue Demon in the hopes that they can put the infamous Count and the werewolf down for good.

In the far east the star of great power is stolen by an ambitious woman, who was jealous of the jungle girl who was sent by the gods, also succeeds in kidnapping her. This mission will only be solved by Santo, the masked man of silver who will have to save the girl and recover the star to return the tranquility to the town.

A group of international criminals steal a large emerald from a heavily guarded Colombian mine and they plan to sell it on the black market. Unfortunately, the evil Dr. Igor is also manipulating other criminals, as well as the ones who stole the emerald, for his own benefit. Santo, a Mexican wrestler/Interpol agent works with the Colombian authorities in an attempt to recover the emerald and to stop Dr. Igor and his subordinates, as well.
