危うく処分されかけた小さな子ブタは、エラブル家の娘ファーンに引き取られ、ウィルバーと名付けられる。やがて、ウィルバーは向かいの農場に預けられ、他の動物たちと一緒に暮らし始める。だがそんなある日、ウィルバーは、春に生まれたブタはクリスマスのハムになる、という話を聞いてしまう。怯えるウィルバーの前に、賢く心優しいクモのシャーロットが現われ、「あなたを守ってあげる」と約束する。

At Payden Farms, Rose meets Tom Novak — a handsome “flower broker” who acts as a liaison between the farm and local distributors — and discovers that the farm is faltering financially and that her parents are considering selling it to a ruthless competitor. As a last-ditch effort, Tom arranges for Frank to enter his most special tulip in an upcoming flower contest with the hopes of achieving national recognition and generating business. But when Frank’s flowers are mysteriously sabotaged, Rose struggles to find a way to get them to bloom in time for the competition. Unable to find an appropriate slot for her in his movie, he gets her a job in a record company and watches out for her. In time, their love grows deeper. Meanwhile, director Heo Hoon, who is making the film 'The Story of Chun-hyang' with Yeong-il, fires the lead actress of the film, Anna, when she causes too much trouble. Instead, Jeong-hee is hired in her place. Just as Jeong-hee proves herself worthy of the casting and the film-making progresses smoothly, Yeong-il and Heo Hoon face financial difficulties. Yeong-il turns to embezzlement in desperation and is thrown in jail.
