The bloodiest Kung Fu battles ever fought. The subtitle says it all, as there is hardly any story, but all the more raw fighting.

Chan Hui Lau stars in this vintage martial arts film as Chang, the owner of a winery and master of Drunken Boxing, a deadly kung fu technique that, as the name implies, requires its practitioner to be drunk. His relatively peaceful life is interrupted when he catches two boys (Li Yi Min and Jack Long) stealing grapes from his vineyards and puts them to work for him. Over time, he teaches them the art of Drunken Boxing. When the two boys get into a fight with some local toughs, they provoke the wrath of Yeh Hu (Lung Fei), Chang's enemy.

Master Lee founded the Koryo Martial Arts Training Hall in Shanghai. Having a common goal, Master Lee and Master Jang of the Chinese 18 Fighting Skill Training Hall set up an anti-Japanese organization. Major Harada of Japanese Special Operations plans to destroy the anti-Japanese organization. On his way to the Korea-China coalition meeting, Master Lee is cut down by Japanese warrior's sword. When Master Lee's son, Lee So-ryong, attacks a Japanese training hall, Harada asks the Chinese National Security Department to take care of him. Sung-ryong of the National Security Department is suspicious of Hwang Baek-sun. Baek-sun has donated funs to the Korea-China coalition but has not been attacked for it. Also, Baek-sun is close friends with Harada. Harada orders his men to get rid of So-ryong and Sung-ryong but they defeat the Japanese warrior and escape.

The movie follows the birth of the legendary Shanghai Axe Gang and the alliance between the founder of the gang, Wang Ya Qiao (Dun Xin Jie), and Italian Intelligence Agency's undercover agent, Marcus Milani (Christian Bachini).
