An exploration —manipulated and staged— of life in Las Hurdes, in the province of Cáceres, in Extremadura, Spain, as it was in 1932. Insalubrity, misery and lack of opportunities provoke the emigration of young people and the solitude of those who remain in the desolation of one of the poorest and least developed Spanish regions at that time. カリフォルニア州の砂漠地帯にある刑務所から受刑者が脱獄する。受刑者の名はアルバート・ギャンズ、強盗殺人の前科がある危険な男だ。ギャンズは共犯者ビリー・ベアと共にサンフランシスコに逃亡する。
次の日、サンフランシスコ市警察本部のジャック・ケイツ部長刑事は、同僚の刑事2人と共に非行少年が潜伏しているホテルに踏み込む。ところが、そこにいたのは非行少年ではなく、ギャンズたちであった。激しい銃撃戦となり、刑事2人は射殺されてしまう。
ケイツは、ギャンズのかつての仲間であり現在は服役中のレジー・ハモンドというチンピラから手掛かりを引き出そうとする。「ギャンズを捕まえるために自分を刑務所から出して協力させろ」と要求するハモンドに対して、48時間の期限付き仮出所を取り付けたケイツ。ハモンドは仮出所できた解放感からか、女を口説くなど軽薄な行動をするが、その度にケイツを苛立たせる。

ニューヨークのセントラルパーク動物園。ライオンのアレックス、シマウマのマーティ、キリンのメルマン、カバのグロリアは大の仲良し。彼らは安全で快適な動物園の贅沢な暮らしをすっかり満喫していた。しかしある日、外の世界に憧れたマーティがテロリストのペンギンたちと一緒に動物園を脱走、マーティを連れ戻そうと後を追ったアレックスたちともども捕らえられ、ひょんなことから四頭はケニア行きの船に乗せられてしまう。さらに思わぬハプニングで海に投げ出された彼らは、やがてマダガスカル島に漂着。そこで現地の動物たちに迎えられ、生まれて初めて野生の生活に触れた四頭は、次第にそれぞれ本来の習性に目覚めていくのだった。

Baby Dumpling, the six-year-old son of Blondie and Dagwood Bumstead disappears from sight during his first day at school. While Dagwood frantically combs the city in search of the boy, Baby Dumpling spents a nice, safe afternoon with poor little rich girl Melinda Mason, who with her new playmate's help arises from her sickbed to walk across the room for the first time in months.
Blondie and Dagwood are in charge of operations at a mountain motel. The elderly owners of the establishment are in danger of losing their life savings. Among other things, arson threatens.
Dagwood inadvertently gets cornered in to resigning. When his wife Blondie tries to ask Dagwoods boss Mr. Dithers for his job back, he ends up hiring her instead. This doesn't sit too well with Dagwood. Blondie's sister comes to visit, and Dagwood is put in a compromising situation with another woman.
舞台は19世紀ヨーロッパのとある小さな村。成金の魚屋のヴァン・ドート夫妻の息子ヴィクターと没落貴族であるエヴァーグロット夫妻の娘ヴィクトリアとの政略結婚が親同士で進められていた。お互い一度も面識もない人と結婚することを不安に思っていたが結婚式前日、リハーサルのために初対面した２人は互い好意を抱く。しかし緊張したヴィクターはリハーサルで失敗を連発し怒った牧師に式の延期を言い渡されてしまう。困った彼は人気のない夜の森で結婚式の練習をしているとき目前に突き出ていた枯れ枝のようなものを花嫁の薬指に見たて指輪をはめたことから大変な事態に巻き込まれる。
新居を手に入れたアダムとバーバラの夫婦は、自分たちが事故でもう死んでいることに気付かず、幽霊になったままその家に住み続け、しばらくしてその事実を知る。人間には空家に思えるその家に、オカルト好きの少女リディアら人間の一家が引っ越してくる。アダムたちは一家を脅して家から追い出そうとするが効果はない。アダムたちは呼ばないほうがいいといわれる人間退治が得意なゴースト、ビートルジュースを呼んでしまう。
時折、短時間の記憶を喪失することがあった少年エヴァンは、医師の勧めで治療の一環として日記を書き始める。大学生になり、記憶喪失の症状が丸７年起こらなかったことに喜び、日記を読み返すと、その日記に書かれている過去の時点に戻れる能力がある事に気づく。自分のせいで幼馴染のケイリーの人生を狂わせてしまった事を知ったエヴァンは、過去に戻り運命を変える事を決意する。

Wallace rents out Gromit's former bedroom to a penguin, who takes up an interest in the techno pants created by Wallace. However, Gromit later learns that the penguin is a wanted criminal.
Wallace and Gromit have run out of cheese, and this provides an excellent excuse for the duo to take their holiday to the moon, where, as everyone knows, there is ample cheese.
Wallace and Gromit open a bakery, accidentally getting tied up with a murder mystery in the process. But when Wallace falls in love, Gromit is left to solve the case by himself.

The Laurel & Hardy Moving Co. have a challenging job on their hands (and backs): hauling a player piano up a monumental flight of stairs to Prof. von Schwarzenhoffen's house. The film also captures the beautiful, if unforgiving, frozen landscape of the Great White North, far removed from conventional civilization.

ベルトルッチらしい美しい場面で綴る、魅惑的な輪廻転生譚。案内役となるのはアメリカ・シアトルの9歳の少年ジェシー。突然訪れた三人のラマ僧が彼の前にひざまずく。少年を仏陀の生まれ変わり、活仏だと言うのだ。父と共に未知のチベットに旅した少年は、そこで太古の偉大な王子ゴータマの伝説を学び、その姿を目の当たりに見て仏性に目覚めていく。インド・ロケによる王子が栄華を極めるシークェンスや、彼が悟りを開いて仏陀となるシーン等、SFXも絶妙で、映像的には大変見応えがある。
ネズミのロディは、ロンドンのお金持ちの家で暮らしているペット。ある日、地下で暮らしているシドがロディの家に侵入し、ロディは追い出そうとしたが、逆に地下に流されてしまう。ロディが辿り着いた場所はネズミだけが暮らす「マウス・タウン」だった。

サーカス団のメス象、ジャンボが授かった子象はダンボと名付けられるが、他の象よりも大きい耳を持っていたため、象仲間たちから仲間外れにされてしまう。そんなダンボの友達になったネズミのティモシーは彼をなぐさめようと、ダンボに空を飛んでみるよう勧める。空を飛べるようになったダンボは、たちまちサーカスの人気者になる。
ピクサーのアニメーションとしては珍しく、2Dと3Dを融合させた実験的な作品。性格の違う二人が出会い、互いの状態が3Dの映像と共に様々な擬音で表現されていく。
果たして2人の行き着く結末は…
収穫祭の賞品として農場主アーサーにもらわれた子ブタのベイブ。牧羊犬の母犬フライはベイブに農場のルールを教えた上、自分の子供たちと同じようにベイブを可愛がってくれる。
