An astonishing record of the hereditary nature of trauma, Jacinta follows the lives of three generations of women struggling to find stability amid years of dependency. Jacinta leaves the Maine Correctional Center, leaving her mother behind to complete her own sentence, and attempts to rebuild her relationship with Caylynn, her preternaturally wise pre-teen daughter who craves time and attention from the mother she adores. But as the pressures of shaping a life in a world she has hardly known sober proves increasingly challenging, she brings the viewer into her emotional, day-to-day battle to find peace with herself and earn the trust of her family.

妻とその愛人を射殺したかどでショーシャンク刑務所送りとなった銀行家アンディ。初めは戸惑っていたが、やがて彼は自ら持つ不思議な魅力ですさんだ受刑者達の心を掴んでゆく。そして20年の歳月が流れた時、彼は冤罪を晴らす重要な証拠をつかむ。
時折、短時間の記憶を喪失することがあった少年エヴァンは、医師の勧めで治療の一環として日記を書き始める。大学生になり、記憶喪失の症状が丸７年起こらなかったことに喜び、日記を読み返すと、その日記に書かれている過去の時点に戻れる能力がある事に気づく。自分のせいで幼馴染のケイリーの人生を狂わせてしまった事を知ったエヴァンは、過去に戻り運命を変える事を決意する。
元グリーンベレーでありベトナム戦争から帰還したジョン・ランボー。戦争は終わり、たった一人生き残った戦友を訪ねた帰り道、ふらりと田舎町に立ち寄ったが、汚らしい風来坊という見た目だけで保安官にいわれの無い嫌がらせを受け、無実でありながら不当逮捕されてしまう。保安官事務所内で静かに抵抗するランボーだったが、監禁され暴行されるうち次第に戦場でかつて経験した過酷な拷問の苦痛が蘇り警官達をあっという間に打ちのめしそのまま逃亡してしまう。追われるランボーだが逃げ込む先は彼のグラウンドである山の中。ゲリラ戦で培った戦闘技術で追跡する保安官全てを圧倒的に屈服させるが、ランボーの逃走はマスコミ、州警察、軍を巻き込み次第に大事になってゆく。

惑星LV-426のエイリアン殲滅後、生き残った者達は冷凍睡眠につき、宇宙船スラコ号で地球に向かっていたが謎の事故を起こす。スラコ号から切り離された脱出艇はフィオリーナ161（通称フューリー）で回収されたが、ヒックスやニュートは着陸の際に死亡、ビショップも機能を停止していた。この漂着先は流刑の星で凶悪な囚人達が戒律の元で自活的な生活をおくり、放射性廃棄物を収める鉛のコンテナを作る作業をしていた。唯一の女性であるリプリーの出現で惑星の秩序は一時乱れるが囚人頭であるディロンが事態を収拾する。そんな時、脱出艇に潜んでいたエイリアンが活動を始める。

Eddie Lomax (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is a drifter who has been in a suicidal funk since the death of his close friend Johnny (Danny Trejo). Riding his motorcycle into a small desert town where Johnny once lived, Lomax is confronted by a gang of toughs, who beat him and steal his bike. 合衆国憲法で定められた“二重処罰の禁止”を知った服役中の女性が、自分を罠に陥れた夫に復讐する。“同じ人間を2度殺す事はできない”という法律の落とし穴“ダブル・ジョパディー”をうまく利用した脚本が面白い。
