ある日、世界中で連続的な怪現象が発生した。日本では駿河湾が凍り付き、エジプトでは突然の吹雪。さらにロサンゼルスでは大停電が起こった。しかし、アメリカ国民はそのニュース以上に「ファンタスティック・フォー（FF）」のビッグなカップル、リードとスーの結婚の話題で盛り上がっていた。世界各地で起こる怪現象に興味をそそられながらも、愛するスーのために平静を装うリード。そんなリードを見かねたジョニーは、ベンと共にリードのバチェラー・パーティーを開いた。独身最後の夜を楽しむリードだったが、そんな彼に米軍のヘイガー将軍から要請が下る。怪現象が起きた場所の上空で観測された謎の閃光を調査してほしいと言うのだ。是が非でも依頼を受けたいリードだったが、その場にスーが居合わせたため、彼女に秘密で調査を進めることになった。

コスタリカの沖合いに浮かぶ離れ小島、ロス・シンコ・ムエルタス。そこは“サイトB”と呼ばれる、＜ジュラシック・パーク計画＞において恐竜をクローン生産させるための拠点だった。ところがハモンドの会社は倒産寸前で、この危機を救おうと甥のルドローは恐竜を生け捕り、見せ物にする計画を発表する。マルカムはハモンドに探検隊のリーダーを依頼されたが、一度は断った。だが恋人の恐竜学者サラがすでに出発したことを知り、慌てて彼も“サイトB”へ向かうのだが…。

When the serial murders seem to coincide with Isabel's touring schedule, ace reporter "Scoop" McClure gets on the mad scientist's trail.

At a bar Patterson meets a bio weapons scientist who's developed a horrific disease for the KGB whom plan to distribute it to the Pentagon via toilet seats. Patterson of course is far too drunk to understand anything happening and teams up with Dane Edna to save the world.
