ドクター・イーブルの世界征服計画は、まだまだ健在だった。隕石を地球に誘導する「プレパレーションH」計画を進めるイーブルだが、オースティンによってあえなく計画は阻止される。ところが、イーブルの差し金で、オースティンのパパスパイ、ナイジェルが謎の悪党ゴールドメンバーにより1975年へ連れ去られてしまう。早速自分もタイムスリップしたオースティンは、パートナーのフォクシーと共にナイジェルを探し出し、ゴールドメンバーの正体を暴き出す。
