ハロウィンが近づくころから、ナーバスになっていたローリー（スカウト・テイラー＝コンプトン）。そんなときにルーミス医師（マルコム・マクダウェル）の本が発売され、自分が殺人鬼マイケル・マイヤーズ（タイラー・メイン）の妹だと知ってしまう。やけになったローリーは家を飛び出すが、マイケルが再び現れ……。
