セラピストをしているドクター、クレア・サマーズは、ある日飛行機事故で生存した５人を受け持つことになった。
グループカウンセリングの度に、窓の外にある人物の影が…そして、メンバーが一人ずつ消えていく…。
クレアは徐々に、航空会社が過失を組織ぐるみで隠すために、生存者を口封じのため狙っているものと疑い出し、解明のため奔走する。
その中、生存者の一人エリックは、唯一自宅での個人カウンセリングを希望。
