警視庁柔術師範選抜大会に敗れた柔術一家は、恨みを晴らそうと講道館を狙っていた。総大将の外遊中のこととて、矢面に立ったのは本郷四郎。その恋人ミキの兄で沖縄の唐手使い与那嶺拳心も、妹をふったと感ちがいして、彼の命を狙っていた。
