A plumber rejects many sexual propositions from his clients for the love of his wife. But one day, when he gets home, he finds his wife with another man in bed. From then on, the attitude to his clients will change radically.

This movie is the first of a trilogy that Sebastián D'Arbó, a specialist in parapsychology, filmed on occult topics. The second film is El ser (1982) and the last one Más allá de la muerte (1986).

Karzan/Maciste, is persuaded to undertake the journey in search of riches, unaware that Pygar is in collusion with the Amazon Queen to actually deliver Maciste as a slave stud to help rejuvenate the race.
