Miloš Radović

Miloš Radović is the son of Dusko Radovic.
He graduated in film and TV directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. In 1986. he specialized in TV directing on "NHK - Communications Training Institute," Tokyo, Japan. He has won numerous national and international awards (total 60) for the best advertising campaigns, commercials, short film. He wrote and directed more than 200 hours of TV fiction programs (TV films, series, drama), among them: "Brod Plovi za Shanghai," "Otvorena Vrata", "Balkan Express 2" "Zagreb - Beograd preko Sarajeva". He is assistant in the Group for film and TV directing at the Belgrade Faculty of Dramatic Arts from 1995.

However, a few days before the New Year, Špricer, Ekser and Dule's friend from early youth, arrives, who is in trouble and asks for their help. This TV film was made as a continuation of a popular Serbian TV series "The Storks Will Return".
Screenplay
The plot of this film can be viewed from a two different levels. The first is universal and deals with the psychological theme of need for competition in the group, highlighting the need for the victory, which in life usually does not depend on the true virtues of the winner, so the result is usually tragicomic. The story talks about the choice of the most noble work. Selected participants arrive at the guesthouse on the border between Croatia and Serbia to prepare for the final act of the competition and the jury's decision. Seven competitors have a rather narrow view of the world. Even when the big events, such as ethnic conflicts in this part of the Balkans, the contestants insist to proceed the competition and to choose the hero of heroes, even though the very idea of competition has become anachronistic under the pressure of current events (the anger of the local Serbian population of the newly established Croatian authorities).

A graduated architect, looking for work, leaves for small border town of Subotica full of fresh ideas. He comes back depressed and disillusioned still looking for job. He tries to join his old friends, hoping they would help him to find happiness he wants. He spends one night with his highschool friends, but memories come back to haunt him, old wounds open again... That night, he sees his generation in true colors and he's trying to salvage at least some of good memories. At dawn, one girl commits suicide, one of his friends is taken by military police, the rest are seriously shook up by events. Coming back from police station, he finds a message from Subotica asking him to come back for work...
