After meeting as college students in the cinema town of Seijo, husband and wife Nobuhiko and Kyoko Obayashi have gone on to direct and produce acclaimed films together for 60 years.

The documentary follows Okabe Rin and Kuranoo Narumi, two members of Team 8, as they rise into the competitive battlefield of AKB48's Senbatsu for the first times. It's a great look into what it means to rank in to the Senbatsu through the elections versus being hand picked for a Senbatsu, as well as into these two individual members themselves!

"Watanabe Mayu Graduation Concert ~Minna no Yume ga Kanaimasu you ni~" (渡辺麻友卒業コンサート～みんなの夢が叶いますように～) is Watanabe Mayu's graduation concert. The concert was held at Saitama Super Arena on October 31, 2017. the DVD released on December 27 2017. Mayu Watanabe is AKB48 third generation ace which is so popular among Japanese people, many describe her as an ortodox idol.

The movie focuses on the the graduation of the the previous General Manager Takahashi Minami and now Yokoyama Yui taking over. Furthermore, the sister groups HKT48 and NMB48 are gaining popularity. Also NGT48 make their debut and the rival group Nogizaka46 become a bigger and more threatening rival.

We’re back for round two! Much like “AKB48+1”, this documentary goes through the English alphabet talking about a different aspect of the group for each letter. While still featuring tons of behind the scenes footage, it focuses more on member relations and the events of the past year (2012). Again, this documentary is a brilliant look into the diversity of the AKB48 experience. There’s so much about this group to learn, and the two bonus “AKB48+1” and “AKB48+1+10” documentaries provide a detailed look in a fun way.

Affected by the cut-up / fold-in method, which involves chopping up existing texts to expose potentially hidden malicious intent in the texts. Using the text and narrative of Burroughs, he tried to reconstruct the language space of Burroughs by using 8mm video, photographs, and re-shooting them.
