コペンハーゲン警察の特別部署「特捜部Q」で未解決事件の残務処理に当たるはみだし者の刑事カールと相棒のアサド、そして、そこへ新たに配属された女性秘書のローセ。彼らは、20年前、名門寄宿舎学校の近くで起きた、とある惨殺事件を再調査することに。事件は、容疑者の逮捕で一件落着とされていたものの、男はその後早々に釈放され、また、事件の通報者たる少女が失踪して今なお消息不明など、不審な点が数多く残されていた。

Poor Ivan Olsen is plagued by problems bullied at school and constantly pursued by a gang whose greatest pleasure is filling his pants with water.
