Bulky Kwang and his cousin Tian are decorators who live next to pretty mainland whore Feng, who undresses every morning at the window and drives Kwang crazy. The decorators are hired for a job by Lu Lu and her maid Lin to do up the house where she's kept by businessman Robert. This shot on video film revolves around two women’s affection for their male partners against their better interest. One, a nightclub singer, befriends a fugitive from a gang, while the other - a Japanese played by Yukari Oshima - is befriended by an HK detective investigating the case. The men’s subsequent conflict with the gang eventually draws both women in and leads to their deaths.

King Kong, a clever thief who steals a cache of diamonds from some gangsters, frames another thief called White Glove for the crime. That's when the bald detective Albert Au, who has been chasing King Kong for quite some time, pairs with the volatile female Superintendent Ho to bring him to justice. King Kong ends up joining the good guys to defeat White Glove and another bad guy dubbed Mad Max, and recover the diamonds from the hiding place where they were left by King Kong's dead accomplice.
