After her boss goes missing, Selma travels to a mountainous region called “La Frontera” to investigate his disappearance. In this primitive and dangerous locale, she will find a complex web of deception, betrayal, and murder, not to mention one very unfriendly dog.

The scandal on the bad quality of body armors turns into an investigation of malversation of police funds which is exaggerated and misreported by the media.
