「哭声　コクソン」「KCIA 南山の部長たち」のクァク・ドウォン主演で描くアクションコメディ。人生初の海外旅行でフィリピンを訪れた元ボクサーの田舎刑事ビョンスは、地元の犯罪組織が起こした事件に巻き込まれ、殺人事件の容疑者という濡れ衣を着せられてしまう。ビョンスは汚名を晴らすため、フィリピンで観光ガイドになっていた後輩マンチョルとともに真相を追うが、熱い刑事魂とは裏腹に平和ボケしたビョンスの体力と語学力はまったくついていけずにいた。そこにまさかの再会を果たしたかつての親友ヨンベが参入し、捜査は予期せぬ方向へと展開していく。クァク・ドウォンが主人公のビョンス役を演じるほか、「ゴールデンスランバー」のキム・デミョン、「名もなき野良犬の輪舞」のキム・ヒウォン、「焼肉ドラゴン」のキム・サンホらが顔をそろえる。監督は「ありふれた悪事」のキム・ボンハン。

韓国大統領のハン(チョン・ウソン)、北朝鮮委員長のチョ(ユ・ヨンソク)、アメリカ大統領のスムート(アンガス・マクファーデン)らによる首脳会談が北朝鮮で行われる。アメリカと北朝鮮の意見が分かれる中、北朝鮮の護衛司令部パク総局長(クァク・ドウォン)が軍事クーデターを起こす。3人の首脳は、弾道ミサイルを搭載した原子力潜水艦に拉致監禁される。

刑事のハン・ドギョン（チョン・ウソン）は、利権と成功のために各所で犯罪に手を染める悪党市長のパク・ソンべ（ファン・ジョンミン）の悪事の後始末を対価に金を受け取っている。末期癌の妻の治療費を言い訳に、金になることはなんでもするようになり、次々に悪事に手を染めるようになるドギョン。ドギョンの弱点を握る検事キム・チャイン（クァク・ドウォン）と検察捜査官ド・チャンハク（チョン・マンシク）はドギョンを脅迫、利用し、パク・ソンべ市長の不正と犯罪容疑を明らかにしようとする。それぞれの利益と目的のためにハン・ドギョンを追い詰める検察とパク・ソンべ。台風の目のようになってしまったドギョンは自分を実の兄のように慕っている後輩の刑事ムン・ソンモ（チュ・ジフン）までも巻き込みパク・ソンべ市長の手下にしてしまう。生き残るために血眼になった悪人たちの地獄の闘いが繰り広げられる・・・。

A homicide detective tries to flush out a mob enforcer by befriending the suspect's beautiful girlfriend, but soon develops romantic feelings for her.

In an old military bus are Myeong-hoon, his girlfriend Yeong-eun, and survival game friends; they are headed to a private camp to experience army life.
