Bertil Lund works at the wholesaling company Everything for the Baby. The supervisor Fredriksson is considering promoting him to vice-president but there is one obstacle: Bertil is yet unmarried and is thus considered unsuitable. But Bertil's friend Torbjörn has an idea: Bertil can borrow Torbjörn's wife Ulla and tell everybody that she is his wife. When his colleagues at work hears that he is married, Bertil has a lot of problems to deal with. Plot by Mattias Thuresson.

A model is murdered at a famous fashion house and the Hillmans start to investigate. Kajsa Hillman is employed as a model and discovers that several people had motives to kill her.

The married detective couple John and Kajsa Hillman goes on a vacation to Holmfors mill where a friend of Kajsa's lives with her husband. When a young woman is found murdered it is clear that this is another case for the Hillmans.

"Lunch- Break Café" - A café in the old Klara district in Stockholm attracts an offbeat clientel. Among those who gather at the café is a prisoner on the run, a prostitute, a journalist and a student who is having an affair with the cafe's waitress. Naturalism.

A man and a woman are cheated on by their respective partners and decide to get their revenge.

An apartment building with apartments for single women is the setting for Faustman's drama about a group of women struggling with life and love, in particular with Eva, mistress to a man whose wife Anna also lives in the building.

A jaded prima ballerina reminisces about her first love affair after she is unexpectedly sent her lover's old diary.

Lasse Brenner is a serious filmmaker (spoof on Ingmar Bergman) who is forced to direct a lighthearted comedy. The filming takes place in different cities across Europe and North Africa so Brenner and the crew have to sail on a cruse ship. Brenner's wife suspects he has an affair with the lead actress, so she also boards the ship undercover to keep an eye on him.

The poor photographer Tibbe turns out to be the heir of the recently deceased count Silfverbaage. But he can only get the money on one condition: he must stop seeing his old friends, including his fiancée Maja. A film version of "Me and my gal" staged in the Old Town of Stockholm.

The waitress Monica goes to Västerköping to find out who actually was her father. By aunt Margareta, she has been told that her mother, who died at birth, had four admirers.

In a movie studio, a fight scene is underway. The hero, played by Allan Bergner, will make an impression on the heroine, played by Ylva Vendel. But Allan is not prepared to give more than one pale hint of fight; he wants to be presentable in later scenes as well. The director wears his hair.

The police is looking for a female burglar all dressed in white.

Hilda Granström has a ladies tailoring shop. Her husband Richard is a cellist in the Opera Orchestra. Their three daughters are helping out in Hilda's shop. Richard's 80-year-old mother, who once was a dancer, also lives with the family.

Insurance salesman Paul is to be engaged with Louise, the daughter of his boss. Trying to sell insurance to a millionaire he meet the millionaire's daughter Annette whom he fall in love with after complications and funny business.

"Sailors" - A musical comedy about Kalle Svensson, a sergeant in the navy, and his loved one Nanette Raquette who works as a gymnastics teacher.

A newly married Baron plans to sell his castle. His wife, who loves to live in a castle, knows nothing about the sale.

The chamberlain Carl Johan Stjärna is a poor aristocrat who has to resort to borrowing money from his manservant Frans to afford champagne and restaurant visits. Frans has told his fiance Irene that he is an aristocrat which leads to some complications, not least because Irene has told Frans she is a rich land owner's daughter, although she is in a housemaid.

Major Grasser at Sjögårda manor considers selling the estate but his twin daughters Brita and Stina have other plans.

Office worker Napoleon Larsson is an unnoticed existence. One day when he arrives late for work, he gets fired, but through his wife's actions he gets alerted by the boss and advances within the company.

A girl (Alice Babs) from the country moves to Stockholm to become a singer.

Eva Cullberg (Annalisa Ericson) wants to sing in a cabaret the local military company are arranging. But her mother (Tollie Zellman) and father (Carl-Gunnar Wingård) won't let her, so she pretends to be the nanny of her sister's child. Along the way she falls in love with Lt. Mandell (Björn Berglund).

Manager Blom and his family stop at a mountain hotel. Once there, all family members are insolent and even cruel to both guests and staff. When the hotel manager tries to get rid of the family Manager Blom buys the hotel. But all of the staff resigns while a telegram to the family Blom tells them they are ruined! To raise money the family begins to work on and operate the hotel.

Lisa Larsson, dancer at a theater, witnesses a traffic accident and banker Brenner's private driver asks her to be a witness. When her friends see her talk to the driver, they start to believe that she is Brenner's fiancée. The manager of the theater, Gravander, gives her the leading part in his latest show, in order to befriend Brenner. Larsson plays along in this mistake and when Brenner hears about this he asks to see Larsson, pretending to be a news journalist... Plot by Mattias Thuresson.

Henrik Karlsson is accused of having stolen 5,000 SEK, even though he is innocent. But to protect the real thief, who is sick in hospital, Karlsson takes the full responsibility.

Bragehus manor receives a new farm bailiff with new ideas on how to run a modern farm. The manor is haunted by a ghost.

Åke is employed as a singer in a revue tour and his uncle Karlsson becomes the tour bus driver.

Famous chef Carl-Ulrik Johansson (Erik 'Bullen' Berglund) comes home to Sweden after twenty years abroad and finds out he never finished his compulsory military service. Consequently he is forced to join the army as a conscript. He has many fights with his sergeant Göran Persson (Thor Modéen).

Theatre director Freddy Alsterberg has failed with his latest operetta. He decides to work his way over the Atlantic. His niece Tusse also stows away on the ship disguised as a boy.

The American boat is on its way to Gothenburg. On board are the Swedish-American millionaire Fridolf F. Johnson from Detroit (Håkan Westergren) and his male secretary of the same name (Fridolf Rhudin). The millionaire stays hidden in his cabin with the secretary and does not appear on deck. A journalist arrives out at sea by airplane and asks for an interview, which the millionaire refuses to agree to. The journalist disguises himself as a steward, puts on a hidden camera (a spy camera) in the buttonhole, enters with a tea tray and photographs the wrong person - the secretary.

Three boys steal a sailboat and sail away for a summer adventure on Lake Mälaren. Based on Sigfrid Siwertz's novel.
