In 1985, perestroika began in the Soviet Union and the Laskovy May group appeared. At their concerts there were only full houses, from unrequited love for them, suicides were committed. The figure of Mikhail Gorbachev faded in the glory of the creator of "Tender May" - Andrei Razin. That is when Artem finds out that the young boxer was none other than the only son of Felix Mendez, the powerful Mexican mafia kingpin, played masterfully by Victor Herminio Lopez, and when the real fight begins.

This story is typical of our time. There are many women who were able to make a wonderful career, but at the same time they have complete uncertainty in their personal lives. Over the years, such ladies understand that no professional success can replace family happiness. A similar moment of insight comes in the life of the heroine of the film Katerina.

The tale of the Snow Maiden is well-known, as are its numerous traditional arrangements. However, this version is somewhat different, as is the play by A.N. Ostrovsky, which served as the basis for the film.
