Ex-cop Gus is all messed up and in therapy after he was shot in the line of duty. He takes a job as a resident manager of a creaky old, creepy apartment building, The Royal Vista Apartments. It would seem that his new employment would be a piece of cake compared to his last job as a police officer, but not so. Tenants start dying, left and right, bizarre and bloody deaths.
