永井豪原作のアニメ「鋼鉄ジーグ」は７０年代後半にイタリアでも放映され、大人気を博した。当時の少年少女たちの心に刻まれた日本のヒーローをモチーフに作られたのがこの映画だ。 ひょんなことから超人的な力を得た街のチンピラ エンツォは、行きがかりから助けた娘アレッシアから「ジーク」と呼ばれ慕われていくうちにやがて本当に正義の心に目覚めていくが・・・。

Grandfather Alcide is given a surprise party by his many relatives. He, however, dies of a heart attack.
