Little Towa lives with his parents Satsuki and Yuichi in a coastal town on Nagashima. Yuichi is a fisherman, Satsuki runs a restaurant. What Towa doesn’t know is that he is adopted. As a baby, he was abandoned in an internet café, completely emaciated. While his new parents are secretly fighting for custody of him and want to protect him from his past, the family’s happiness begins to falter. Satsuki and Yuichi aren’t the only ones who are worried about Towa’s future.

テレビ東京では2019年秋にドラマスペシャル「最上の命医2019」を放送することが決定致しました。自ら病に冒されながらも、消えそうな小さな生命に極限まで向き合う小児外科医・西條 命さいじょう みことが帰ってきます。主人公を演じるのは、斎藤工。この「最上の命医」がプライムタイム連ドラ単独初主演作であったこともあり、本人も並々ならぬ思い入れで挑んでいるドラマシリーズです。 2011年1月クールの連続ドラマから始まり、2016年、2017年にはスペシャルを放送。今回が第３弾のドラマスペシャルとなります。 今回の「最上の命医」は怒涛の急展開です。誘拐、脱獄、オペ室占拠等、様々な事件の連続で病院内は大パニックに。そんな状況の中、命は変わらず生命と向き合い続けることができるのか⋯！？ そして、事件の真相は一体！？家族の愛と“生命”をめぐる“究極の人間ドラマ”を描きます。 是非ご期待ください。

高島さつきは、25年前に生き別れた父親の六郎を捜し出し一緒に帰るため、年に1度の祭りでにぎわう恋園神社を訪れる。一方境内では苗字を変え、妻と娘と新しい家庭を築いている東雲六郎が、横浜に残してきた娘と妻をひそかに思って静かに手を合わせていた。祭りの盛り上がりがピークを迎えたころ、さつきは再会を待ち望んでいた父親を見つけ......。

サッカークラブのビッグカイト相模原で、ホペイロとして選手のスパイク管理を任されている坂上栄作。しかしチームでは、スポンサーの援助金が半分になったり、広報用のポスターが盗まれたり、敵のスパイが潜り込んでいることが判明したりと、次から次へ問題が持ち上がる。J2昇格をかけた決戦を目前に控えてホペイロの仕事に追われる一方で、問題の解決に奔走する坂上だったが……。

「スウィート・メモリー」 　ファッションデザイナーの赤井佳恵(仲間由紀恵)は、気がつくと病院のベッドにいた。二日前の夜に部屋で気を失い、以来、昏睡していたのだ。警察の事情聴取によって、そのことを聞いた佳恵。さらに、佳恵の部屋に田野中久（永井大）が遺体となって倒れていたことを聞き、田野中の写真を見た佳恵は震えだす。佳恵は、落としたパスポートを拾ってもらったことが縁で田野中と知り合い、それから田野中をよく見かけるようになったり、手紙をもらったりと、つきまとわれていたというが…。 「７歳になったら」 　あと四日で７歳になる小学１年生の下平一海（鈴木福）は、誕生日に母・桂子（ともさかりえ）、父・靖之（川岡大次郎）と遊園地に行く約束をする。一方、学校では友達が急に跳び箱を跳べるようになっていて、一海が驚くと、「もう７歳だから、君もすぐに跳べるようになる」と意味深な言葉を掛けられる。その日の放課後、一海は塾に行くためバスに乗ったのだが、寝過ごしてしまい、見知らぬ土地にたどり着く。するとそこには、自分にそっくりな子供がいて…。 「家族(仮)」 　小野寺裕史（高橋克典）は45歳。会社経営をしており、独身生活を謳歌していた。ある夜、家に帰ると、見知らぬ女（白石美帆）と少女（西川茉佑）がいて、それぞれが小野寺の妻と娘だと言って出迎えた。妻子などいるはずもなく、戸惑う小野寺は役所へ行き戸籍を確認。当然、籍は入っていなかったが、部屋に飾られた家族写真や子供部屋などを見て自信がなくなってくる。 「試着室」 　柏木美沙（忽那汐里）は、高校の同窓会に向かう途中で、運悪くコンビニ強盗の現場に遭遇し、店員が犯人めがけて投げたカラーボールに当たってしまう。せっかくおしゃれした洋服が台無しになってしまったため、新しい服を買うために、近くのブティックに入った。そこは、独特の雰囲気の店で、店員(堀内敬子)も不思議な感じがしたが、美沙はドレスを選び試着へ入った。着替えを終えて試着室を出ると、そこは、同窓会の会場だった。 「ワタ毛男」 　ある夜、人気のない道を歩いていた女性の前に、傘を差した男が現れた。その男・橋本俊樹（濱田岳）は、頭部が巨大なイカと化した“イカ男”で、都市伝説の流布を目的とするために設立された「都市伝説協会」の怪人課に勤める職員だった。

Tadano is assigned by the chairman Kurokawa to protect and check the personal affairs of a young idol, Sylvia , who is the main character at the "Flower Earth Festival 2008" organized by Denodo. Sylvia has been threatened by someone to resign from the main character role. Tadano starts investigating while supporting Yamanishi, the event organizer. However, Tadano is struck down by a mysterious giant of a man. Yamanishi, who has obtained important information, is murdered, and Sylvia is kidnapped. Tadano realizes that Anzai, Yamanishi's right-hand man who has been eyeing the chairmanship, is the mastermind behind this. Tadano rescues Sylvia and brings her to the event venue.
