１年後に地球を破壊すると宣言しながら、椚ヶ丘中学校の落ちこぼれ学級３年Ｅ組の担任となった殺せんせーと、政府から殺せんせーの暗殺依頼を受けた生徒たち。新学期を迎え暗殺のタイムリミットが迫る中、同じクラスの茅野カエデが暗殺者として正体を明かす。それを受け、殺せんせーは自らの過去を振り返るが、その告白は生徒たちに動揺をもたらす。
