Story
キュートな外見とは裏腹にエリートスパイとして活躍するペンギンズは秘密の潜入捜査中、かつて動物園で彼らに人気を奪われたことを恨むタコのデーブに誘拐される。デーブが人間の姿をしたオクト博士に姿を変え、世界中のペンギンへの復讐（ふくしゅう）を計画していることを知ったペンギンズは、スパイ軍団「ノース・ウィンド」と手を組み邪悪な陰謀に立ち向かう。

悪の天才メガマインドは、自分と正反対に人々の人気と尊敬を集めるスーパーヒーロー・メトロマンをライバルと定め、果てしない争いを続けていた。だがあるとき、メガマインドはついにメトロマンを倒し、骨に変えてしまう。自分でもまさか信じていなかった勝利に、メガマインドは喜びより戸惑いを覚える。宿敵を失った彼は悪行にも張り合いをなくし、やむなく自らの力で新たなライバルヒーローを作り出そうとする。
