暑い夏の日、辻本夏実巡査と小早川美幸巡査は本庁研修を修了し、1年ぶりに墨東署交通課へ帰ってきた。同僚の二階堂頼子・葵双葉・中嶋剣、そして課長・徳野刑事も笑顔で2人を迎え入れる。さらにはヒマラヤに行っていた東海林も帰国するとの連絡を受け、夏実は早くもウキウキモード。そんな中、頼子と葵が駐車場に止めてある車から大量の銃器を押収。さらには墨東各地で信号機一斉故障が発生。またタレこみにより、またも大量の銃器及び謎のMOを押収した。 捜査が進む中、墨東署に蟻塚警視正が来署。今回の事件には課長が関わっているとし、課長は逮捕されてしまう。尋問から出た言葉は「柄本警部」そして「蜂一号」。そしてついに大事件が発生。隅田川にかかるさくら橋が爆破された。犯人によると爆弾は他にもあるという。東京の警察官総出で探すが、爆弾は見つからない。その時、拘置所にいた課長が「蜂一号」とは「本庁所轄警察署襲撃要綱」であると説明を始める。そして調べの中、その警察署のモデルが墨東署だということが発覚。墨東署への魔の手は確実に迫っていた。 果たして夏実と美幸は犯行を阻止することができるのか。2人の乗るTODAYが東京の下町を疾走する。

ボーゾックは暴走車が不足していた。それを聞いた暴走皇帝エグゾスは車両が家出したくなるガソリンをボーゾックに提供し、ボーゾック一のガソリンスタンド店員・SSスタタンゾがその任務のために現れ、チーキュ（地球）の自動車にガソリンを仕込んでいた。 一方、陣内恭介 / レッドレーサーはオーレンジャーに追われるマシン獣バラモビルと遭遇する。星野吾郎 / オーレッドと三田裕司 / オーブルーが U.A.O.H.（国際空軍・オーレンジャー）であることを明かしても、恭介は「UAOH（うあおー）?[注釈 1]」と理解できず、見た目で善悪を判断するのは良くないと考えてバラモビルをかばおうとする。2大戦隊は巨大ロボまで繰り出して衝突し、そのうえボーゾックがオーレンジャーの加勢に入ったため事態は混迷の一途をたどる。紆余曲折の末カーレンジャーとオーレンジャーはあっさり和解、バラモビルとボーゾックは手を組み、オーレッドはSSスタタンゾの力でさらわれてしまう。 オーレッド救出のため、カーレンジャーはオーレンジャーの三浦参謀長による過酷な特訓を受ける。訓練を通じてオーレンジャーロボを操縦できる技術を身につけたカーレンジャーは、バリバリアンに突入して吾郎を奪還する。バラモビル・SSスタタンゾとの最終決戦には暴走皇帝エグゾスも介入してくるが、そこへシグナルマンが助勢に入り、2大戦隊は勝利するのだった。

Tetsuzan Shogun, who joined the Defense Department at the same time as Sakaguchi, is greatly concerned and confronts him. Sakaguchi escapes but vows to make amends. He appears at Egos factory, where they too are building a giant robo, and discloses a false timetable. When Egos orders them killed, Sakaguchi reveals dynamite strapped to his body. He backs away with his children and gets them to safety. He then returns to the factory, and blows himself up to destroy it. Unfortunately, his sacrifice is in vain, as their evil robo is already completed. But Battle Fever’s giant robo is also complete and ready to save the day!
