Natsumi Abe

Chuya (Mitsuru Matsuoka) works as a university professor. His big dream is to make a sound map of Tokyo. He spends his days collecting sounds in Tokyo and analyzing the sounds. One day, his girlfriend Fumi (Natsumi Abe) tells him that she is leaving him and mysterious woman Mariko (Yumi Adachi) appears in front of him. Mariko, who knows about the break up of Chuya and Fumi, suggests to Chuya to wiretap Mariko’s life.

少女が惨殺される事件が起き、殺人事件の懲役を終えたばかりの清丸が指名手配される。清丸を殺せば10億円の謝礼を支払うという新聞広告が出され、身の危険を感じた清丸は福岡県警に自ら出頭。清丸の命が狙われるという状況下、警視庁警備部のSP銘苅と白岩は凶悪犯を移送することになる。

“他人に借りを作るべからず”その家訓に育った大企業の御曹司・リク(林遣都)は、恐れる父・市ノ宮積(上川隆也)から荒川の開発の妨げとなる不法占拠者を退去させろと命じられる。だがそこへ向かった矢先、リクはトラブルに遭遇、自分は“金星人”だと名乗る謎の美少女・ニノ(桐谷美玲)に助けられ、生まれて初めて他人に借りを作ってしまう。どうにか借りを返したいリクにニノが出したお願いは「私に恋をさせてくれないか」というものだった。さらに荒川河川敷にはニノ以外にも、星型のマスクらしきものをかぶったロックミュージシャン(山田孝之)や、どう見ても着ぐるみを着た河童の村長(小栗旬)など奇怪な恰好の常識はずれな人々が住みついていた。理解不能の状態に戸惑いながらツッコミを入れるばかりのリクであったが、彼らと共に過ごすにつれて自分の居場所がここにあると思うようになっていく。金や権力がすべての生活では知りえなかった、束の間の楽しい日々。だが、強制退去の期日、そしてニノが金星に帰る日は刻一刻と近づいていた……。
