愛媛県今治市にあり、弘法大師空海が開いたとされる四国八十八カ所霊場の第57番札所、栄福寺で生まれ育った進。彼は高野山の山上都市にある高野山大学で修業し、僧侶としての資格である“阿闍梨（あじゃり）”の位を得て実家に戻ってくる。髪も伸びて地元の書店で働きだした進だったが、祖父が病に倒れたことを機に自分の進むべき道を定めた彼は光円と改名し、住職としての活動を始める。だが、新生活は思わぬことばかりだった。

A middle school student named Kozue finds a red balloon with an SD card attached to it. On the SD card is an invitation to the wedding of two complete strangers. In order to escape her daily doldrums, Kozue decides to go to the wedding with her classmate, Kikuchi. However, along the way they cross paths with a pair of suspicious men, a mysterious girl, and a strange cop. When they finally make it to wedding, they get drawn into the fray of yet another unexpected situation.

In the last days of the Tokugawa shogunate, there was a cute warrior, Souji Okita, who belonged to the armed police of the shogunate in Kyoto. Very few knew that Souji was not a boy, but a woman. Souji loved the vice-leader of the armed police, Toshizou Hijikata. Souji suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis and coughed up blood during a battle. Toshizou helped her but said that he did not care for the girl with a smell of blood. Souji had a real talent for swordsmanship and no one but Ryouma Sakamoto could compete with her. Ryouma was a liberal intellectual and tried to carry out a revolution without blood. However, the bloody Meiji Restoration broke out and Souji killed Ryouma who lost his dream. Because a friendship had sprung up between Toshizou and Ryouma, Toshizou got angry and slashed at Souji with a sword. Unwillingly, she unsheathed her sword and thought that she might get love if she was killed by the man she loved.

中三の沼田茂之の高校受験を控え、父の孝助、母の千賀子、兄の慎一たちまで家中がピリピリ。出来のいい兄と違って、茂之は成績も悪く、何人もの家庭教師がすぐに辞めていた。そこへ、三流大学の七年生という吉本が家庭教師としてくる。孝助は吉本を車の中に連れて行き、「茂之の成績を上げれば特別金を払おう」と約束する。暴力的な吉本は勉強ばかりか、喧嘩の仕方も教え、成績が徐々に上がり始める。茂之は幼馴染みで同級生の土屋にいつもいじめられていたが、殴り方を習っていた甲斐があり、ついにやっつける。茂之の成績はどんどん上がり、兄と同じＡクラスの西武高校の合格ラインを超える。ところが、茂之はＢクラスの神宮高校を志望校として届け出、両親が怒り、志望校の変更を吉本に依頼する。吉本は学校に駆けつけると、茂之を担任の前に連れて行って強引に変更させる。西武高校に行きたくない理由を慎一に尋ねると、秘密といって茂之が土屋と同じ高校に行きたくないのは小学生の頃、授業中に茂之が大便をもらしてしまったことを土屋が知っているからだという。あまりのバカバカしさに吉本と慎一は大笑い。結局、土屋は私立高校に行くことになり、茂之は西武高校にみごと合格し、吉本の役目は終わり、祝いをすることになった。孝肋は最近ヤル気を失くしている慎一の大学受験のための家庭教師になって欲しいと依頼する。しかし、一流大学の受験生に三流大学の学生が教えられるわけはないと吉本は断わる。バラバラの家族が横に並んだ食事中に吉本が暴れて大混乱。高校に入ってから問題が生じる。家族をよく理解していない母が部屋でまどろんでいると、ヘリコプターの音が聞こえてくる…。

Nils Holgersson is a young boy on a farm who is cruel to the animals. But when he catches the farm's little goblin it becomes one prank too many. Together they travel all over Sweden, with Nils hoping to find a way to become big again.

Adventures of the polar cubs is a delightful story of Mushka and Mishka, two polar bear cubs who set out on a series of adventures in the North Pole. Mushka is thoughtful; Mishka is daring. While out on their own Mishka befriends Aura, A prank-playing seal and Mushka stumbles over swan eggs, breaks them and creates havoc in the bird village. The cub's father is Scholar Mu (voice of Joseph Campanella), who is the wise leader of the Great Northern animal kingdom and is in charge of their annual Summer Festival. When Mu is injured by man, the cubs must take on the responsibilities of their father and save the other animals from the hunters.
