2日後に結婚する男性ダグは独身最後の夜を楽しもうと、悪友のフィルやステュ、これから義理の弟になるアランと、車でラスベガス旅行へ。ホテルのスイートルームに泊まり、一晩中ドンチャン騒ぎを続けた一行だが、翌朝目覚めるとダグの姿が見当たらない上、ホテルの室内は異様な光景に。フィルたちはダグが結婚式に間に合うよう彼を捜すが、自分たちの足跡をたどるうち、自分たちが一晩、いかにハメを外し過ぎたかを知っていく。
