Several years later after movie “Mr. Max Man”. Hideo is the younger brother of Masayoshi and he works at the same broadcasting station as a rookie AD. Hideo likes Rina who works as a announcer there. Meanwhile, Hideo becomes a righteous hero and fights for justice.

Masayoshi is a young announcer who has worked at a broadcasting station for 3 years. He is the secondary presenter for a morning information program, but he always makes mistakes. Masayoshi also has a crush on co-worker Yuko, whom he has known since he was a child, but he can't seem to get any closer to her. Masayoshi then puts on a pair of glasses that he finds at work. He realizes the glasses gives him superhuman powers. Masayoshi decides to become a righteous hero.

未知のエネルギー体に吸い込まれた宇宙ステーションが地球に落下してきて、中からは正体不明の怪人が現れ人々はパニック状態に。トッキュウジャーが怪人相手に果敢に戦いを挑むものの全く歯が立たず、困り果てていた。すると、ダイゴ（竜星涼）たちキョウリュウジャーが登場し見事に敵をなぎ倒すものの……。

就職活動に四苦八苦している内向的な大学生の赤井達也は、突如として劇団バズーカを名乗る者たちによって知らない場所に連れていかれてしまう。彼らは警官の青木純蔵が行方を追う指名手配犯の安藤リコを捜し出し、その報奨金で念願の自主公演をかなえようとしていた。そして、捜査に必要な演技の才能を秘めた赤井を半ば無理やりメンバーに迎え入れたのだった。演技力を駆使した捜査という考えに混乱しつつも、個性あふれるほかの劇団員たちとリコを捜す中、事態は思いがけない方向へと転がりだしていく。

Both TyrannoRanger and AbaRed are attacking the Kyoryugers because of mind control by Space War God Boldos. Boldos uses the feelings of revenge from enemies defeated by heroes who uses the power of dinosaurs, creating Neo-Grifforzer and Neo-Geildon, clones of past enemies as well as Enter and Escape,enemies of the Go-Busters. Villains spanning generations are united into a single evil force. The Kyoryugers, who are fighting an unseen evil, meet with the Go-Busters, and the "Greatest Trap ever seen on Earth" is sprung. What rises up against the true dinosaurs, and the death of your best friends? Now, the Kyoryugers must try and use the "True Brave".

億千年の時を越えて復活した機械の体を持つ恐竜・獣電竜に認められた6人の勇者・獣電戦隊キョウリュウジャーは、今日も敵であるデーボス軍とブレイブに戦っていた。見事デーボス軍を撃退し、襲われていた超人気アイドル・Meekoを守りぬいたキョウリュウレッド / 桐生ダイゴはMeekoを見て驚く。ダイゴとMeekoは以前フランスで出会っていたからだ。 そんな時、デーボス軍の幹部・太古の戦騎デスリュウジャーが現れる。デスリュウジャーは自らを「D」と名乗る。立ち向かうキョウリュウジャーだったが、デスリュウジャーの圧倒的な強さに敗れ、Meekoを連れ去られてしまった。どうやらMeekoの歌には「D」が狙う伝説の獣電竜を目覚めさせる力があるようだ。ダイゴはMeekoを救うため、仲間と共に「D」の待つ彼の地へ向かうのだった。

Utsusemimaru returned from beach in dismay due to seeing women in swimsuits. Returning to the Spirit Base, Daigo prepared an indoor beach for Utchi to have fun together. Later, they find Nobuharu tamed by the two festival-themed Debo monsters. Daigo first used the Allomerus Zyudenchi and the Ovirapoo Zyudenchi, then Utchi used the Igaranodon Zyudenchi with an old man gag, which Daigo enjoys.

かつて仮面ライダーたちと戦ったショッカーが、魔法の力を得た宇宙規模の組織「スペースショッカー」として復活した。スペースショッカーは全宇宙を征服するため、まずは地球に狙いを定める。 一方、地球では操真晴人 / 仮面ライダーウィザードが白銀のコンバットスーツ戦士・十文字撃 / 宇宙刑事ギャバンtype-Gから攻撃を受けていた。戦闘の中でギャバンはウィザードに対する誤解を一応解くが、銀河連邦警察の命令に背いたため、銀河連邦警察隊長の一条寺烈 / 初代宇宙刑事ギャバンから宇宙刑事の資格を剥奪されてしまう。一方、晴人はスペースショッカーと戦うが、スペースショッカーの作った魔法陣に吸い込まれ、スタジアムに吹っ飛ばされてしまう。晴人は突如現れた獣電戦隊キョウリュウジャーのメンバーと出会うが、桐生ダイゴ / キョウリュウレッドは、晴人を敵か味方か確認するため、晴人に勝負を挑む。剣と剣でぶつかり合う晴人とダイゴだったが、乱入した伊狩鎧 / ゴーカイシルバーと出会う。鎧と共に晴人は撃から衝撃の事実を教えられる。どうやら宇宙各地では魔法の力が同時多発的に暴走しており、地球はもちろん宇宙全体も破滅の危機にあると言うのだ。終末のカウントダウンが刻一刻と迫りつつある中、晴人と撃達は事件の解決にあたることとなった。
