あるゲームのプレイヤーとして、大富豪の館に集められた崖っぷちの男女8人。プレイヤーにはまず、2つの異なる選択肢が与えられる。しかしプレイヤーは制限時間内に、そのいずれかを絶対に選択しなければならず選ぶことができなければ失格となりゲームから排除される。そして選んだ時点で、そのいずれかを絶対に実行しなければならない。

ある日突然死んだはずの人間が次々とゾンビになり、そのうちの一人が知恵をつけ始めた。銃や、器具を使うことを覚えたゾンビたちにライリー（サイモン・ベイカー）やわずかな生存者たちは窮地に追い込まれる。
