世界を一周できる超特急列車・マッハトレインがドクトル・マドゥと名乗る人物に乗っ取られた。多数の乗客を乗せたマッハトレインがこのまま暴走を続けると、史上最悪の大惨事になりかねない。それを阻止するため、レスキューフォースが緊急出場するが、ネオテーラの度重なる妨害に遭ってしまう。
