Three episodes about the relativity of time.
ある日、ローマの郊外から市内に流れ込むテーヴェレ川のほとりで、中年の娼婦（しょうふ）が死体で見付かる。警察はかっぱらい一味のカンティッキア（フランチェスコ・ルイウ）や、高利貸しのカリッファ（アルフレード・レッジ）らを次々と召喚。そのほかにも休暇中の兵士テオドーロ（アレン・ミジェット）らが取調室に呼ばれ、それぞれ証言をしていくのだが……。
A doctor running a health clinic by the sea is convinced that women are the cause of the disturbed behaviour of his (male) patients. We get to follow the adventures of the patients during a day on the beach.
