When he was just a baby, Appu got separated from his family following a gruesome road accident. He was then adopted and raised by a kind villager named Ranganna, who became a father figure to Appu. Years later, following Ranganna`s death, Appu sets out on a journey to find his real parents, even as he tries to reconcile with the loss of his foster father.

Shivaraj is a rich business man who has no feelings towards relationship. Nayana falls for him and joins his company. But he never reprocates her.
