Detective Mizushima
テレビ朝日系の2時間ドラマ「土曜ワイド劇場」（毎週土曜日21:00 - 23:06）で2001年から放送されているテレビドラマシリーズ。主演は片岡鶴太郎と水野真紀。原作のクレジットは、牟田刑事官が加わっている第5作まで「石沢英太郎・森村誠一」であるが、実際は森村誠一作品を主な原作としている。また、牟田刑事官が抜けた第6作以降は森村誠一のみとなっている。
Forensic Investigator
A detective investigates a series of murders. A possible serial killer might be on a rampage, since they all are in the same vicinity and by the same method, but as the evidence points toward the detective as the prime suspect, a ghost in red follows him, and he begins to question his identity. His realization of what seems to have really happened results in something much more sinister and larger in scope, and it leaves his psyche scarred.
"Gina K" tells the story of the daughter of a famous stripper, who reveals her family history so she can stand proud as a vocalist. On stage she's feverish, but when she comes down she's just another girl.
Kenzo was behind bars for killing a gangster. Upon his release, he goes to live with his son, whose marriage is on the rocks. His 14-year-old granddaughter Tamako is ostracized when she discovers that her grandfather is a murderer. Kenzo soon helps defend Tamako from bullies at school. When Tamako stands up for herself, she comes to believe that she has inherited some of her grandfather’s great strength. Eventually, an associate of the man Kenzo killed comes looking for revenge, along with the dead man’s son.
ガン、糖尿病、高血圧という現代の三大成人病をテーマに、それに関わる人々の姿をユーモラスに描くオムニバス。脚本・監督は「ジュリエット・ゲーム」の鴻上尚史（第一話）と「ゴジラＶＳビオランテ」の大森一樹（第二話）と「君は僕をスキになる」の渡邊孝好（第三話）。共同脚本は永井明。撮影は「バトルヒーター」の水野尾信正がそれぞれ担当。
